INCLUSIVE STRATEGY

The Northamptonshire Domestic Abuse Champions Network is committed to building an inclusive, accessible, and culturally sensitive approach to domestic abuse awareness and response.

We recognise that domestic abuse affects people of all backgrounds, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, religious or faith beliefs, education, or sexual orientation.

Barriers to seeking help are often greater for minoritised communities, disabled individuals, LGBTQ+ people, older adults, and those with insecure immigration status.

By putting inclusivity at the heart of the network, we aim to ensure every person in Northamptonshire can access help, be heard, and be safe, regardless of their identity or circumstances.
